While I eventually received a full refund, this experience was far from satisfactory. Consider other options in the area.

Staying here was a blast! We took our little one to Splash Lagoon Indoor Water Park, and he loved every moment. The hotel has a cozy vibe perfect for families, and the reception staff were friendly and attentive, helping us with all our questions.
